mc Donald in Dresden

Unfriendly employees. 1x 20er chicken nuggets and 2x 6er chicken nuggets were missing in the order. Long discussion until we finally got our nuggets because of the receipt. Always check after the purchase that everything is there. Not to be recommended!

Service good but unclean

Staff was really nice, waiting time was also very short (order via Mc-Drive). BUT Order was completely wrong, we didn't get what we ordered, on request this was then fixed, the only problem was that the food was very old, cold and just thrown into the respective box, everything was totally mixed up . That is a cheek! I would understand if there had been a massive rush, but there were only 3 cars in the Mc-Drive and thanks to COVID the restaurant is closed. So I don't understand the poor quality of the food, I think the staff at this shed just don't feel like their work !!!!!

Not a single serviette in the mc drive order, the food was almost cold and I was allowed to fish out of the burger without onions, see photo ...

Only hardly any German-speaking staff, nobody understands you or can help, these workers work very cheaply ... Support from the state is certainly more available ... but worth it

Long waiting times, that has nothing to do with fast food

Unfriendly staff! Woman with red hair and obese is very unfriendly I will not go to this Mcdonalds again if this woman is there employee !!!

Was very tasty and it was good food, plus it was friendly happy to come again we would eat more stars keep it up.

Friendly staff, fast service and always helpful in case of problems! Gladly again!

What shoud that??? Since they stick stickers on their tables that are not allowed to be sat at these tables in order to guarantee the minimum distances. And the reality? The staff even brings the ordered food to these locked tables where people have taken their seats anyway. When asked what the service staff is about, they shrug their shoulders, turn around and leave. What is McDonald's Corona business, the main thing is that sales are right.

You could really work on the cleanliness! A selection of sauces is only great on the menu, but not on almost all tables!

All good! The cleanliness, especially in the sanitary area, can be improved a good deal. Also and especially in Corona times!

We pre-ordered online for the first time, if you can call it that. Then our order number is specified on the drive in, paid for and the meal received. We might as well have announced the order :-)

Rarely full, mostly clean and well-kept. Curiously, there are often defects in the order. Here we often had wrong things that we hadn't ordered.

Like a classic McDonald's but very near for guys who live on the village. For every Fast Food lover ( like me ?).

When I came around 9:00 pm, there were not many people. Generally good place, it was clean. I was surprised by the mistake in ordering ... :/

Super fast and really nice service. It is also comfortable, because spatially well designed and you can also sit outside. Great, I'll be back! ;)
